Arrowix Terms of Service (TOS)

This Terms of Service Agreement ("TOS") is a legal agreement between you ("You" or "Authorized User") and Arrowix("We", "Us", "Our" or the "Company"). This agreement governs your use of our website, platform, courses, programs, and services, including business, leadership, and technology training programs (collectively, "Arrowix Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Arrowix Services, you agree to be bound by this TOS.

If you do not agree to this TOS, you are not permitted to access or use any part of Arrowix Services, and you should exit the website immediately.

1. License Grant

Arrowix grants you a personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Arrowix Services, including programs, tools, and materials, for personal or business purposes in accordance with this TOS.

You may use the Arrowix Services only as permitted:

• On a single laptop, computer, or other device.
• You may download, print, and store course materials for personal use, provided that any such copies include appropriate copyright notices.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Arrowix Services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Arrowix accounts, systems, or networks.
• Use any automated tools (robots, spiders, etc.) to access or scrape information from the Arrowix Services.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or services.

Unauthorized use of Arrowix Services may result in civil or criminal penalties, and Arrowix reserves the right to investigate and take legal action if necessary.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of Arrowix Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Courses and programs on the Arrowix platform may be available through one-time payments or subscription models. By enrolling, you agree to the following payment terms:

• Payments must be made in full prior to accessing any paid content.
• Arrowix reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, though any price changes will not affect purchases already made.

Refunds will be provided based on specific course terms and are subject to approval by Arrowix. Please see individual course pages for detailed refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, courses, programs, and materials provided through the Arrowix Services are owned by Arrowix or its training partners and are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the content for personal use. Any unauthorized use or distribution of such content is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

Arrowix may provide links to third-party websites or services, and some training content may be provided by third-party training partners. Arrowix is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of such third-party resources. Your dealings with third parties found on or through Arrowix Services are solely between you and the third party, and Arrowix disclaims all liability in connection with such dealings.

7. Course Completion and Certification

For courses that offer certifications, you must meet all outlined requirements, including completing any assignments, quizzes, and exams. Certification is provided upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of all criteria. Arrowix cannot guarantee acceptance of certifications by third parties, employers, or educational institutions.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of Arrowix Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the platform, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this TOS.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Arrowix Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Arrowix makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the services or content provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrowix disclaims any and all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Arrowix does not warrant that:

• The services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The materials are up-to-date, accurate, or reliable.
• Any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arrowix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Arrowix Services, even if Arrowix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Arrowix's total liability for all claims exceed the total amount paid by you to Arrowix for the specific course or service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Termination

Arrowix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time if you breach any terms of this TOS. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the services and delete any content or materials obtained through the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This TOS will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by law.
